Sheldon Cooper, known throughout the program as “Coach Coop,” continues to serve as President of the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization and is entering his fourth year with the Ravens. What began as a desire to make a meaningful, lasting impact led him to first serve as Director of Football and Equipment before stepping into his current leadership role. His commitment remains rooted in supporting young athletes and their families while guiding the program with purpose, structure, and vision.
Football and youth sports are a true family passion for Coach Coop. His son currently plays for the Ravens, while his younger daughter and son are future Ravens in the making. Having coached multiple sports over the years, football holds a special place in his heart—one that began long before the Ravens, including time spent playing at the collegiate level.
Coach Coop is passionate about helping athletes reach their goals—on and off the field—because he believes potential has no ceiling. He works intentionally to build and protect a culture grounded in hard work, accountability, and sportsmanship, while maintaining a competitive edge that challenges athletes to grow every day. Known for his unmatched energy and enthusiasm, Coach Coop is often the loudest voice on the field—serving as every athlete’s biggest supporter and ultimate hype man, pushing them to believe in themselves and rise to the moment.
To Coach Coop, football is far more than a game. It is a powerful tool for teaching life lessons—resilience, teamwork, discipline, and character. He embraces both the highs and lows that come with the sport, knowing that each moment helps shape confident, capable young people. Watching the Ravens organization continue to grow and thrive is something he takes great pride in, and he values every opportunity to mentor athletes and share his love of the game as they work toward becoming their best selves.

Lou Boggs has been an integral part of the Ravens football program for the past four years, bringing passion, consistency, and leadership to everything he does. After serving as a dedicated coach and Football Director, Lou now steps into the role of Vice President, where he continues to support the growth and success of the organization as a whole.
Football and cheer are truly a family affair for Lou. His son is an athlete on the football field, while his daughter represents the Ravens on the sidelines and the competition mat. His wife has also played an active role within the program, consistently supporting the cheer program and contributing behind the scenes to help keep things running smoothly. This full-family involvement gives Lou a well-rounded perspective on the experiences of Ravens families and strengthens his commitment to the organization.
Lou is deeply invested in teaching the fundamentals of the game while fostering a genuine love and respect for football among athletes, parents, and the broader community. His steady leadership, knowledge of the sport, and dedication to doing things the right way help create a positive, supportive environment where young athletes can grow in both skill and character—on and off the field.

Mandy Taylor is entering her third year serving on the board of the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization, while this upcoming season marks her son’s fourth year as a Ravens athlete. Her passion lies in ensuring every child in the program feels supported, included, and celebrated—on the field, on the sidelines, and throughout the season.
With a professional background in office management and marketing, Mandy contributes strong organizational skills, clear communication, and operational support that help keep the program running smoothly. She is also well known for her enthusiastic support on game days—often heard cheering from across the field—bringing encouragement and energy that athletes and families recognize and appreciate.
Her family’s involvement in youth sports extends beyond the sidelines, as her husband has coached alongside Coach Coop in multiple sports for over five years. As both a board member and a parent within the program, Mandy values the opportunity to watch athletes grow not only in skill, but also in confidence, character, and resilience. Her goal is to help ensure the Ravens remain a well-organized, positive, and supportive environment for all families involved.

Candi Brisson serves as Athlete Safety Director for the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization and is entering her sixth season with the program. She has three children who have participated in the Ravens organization across both football and cheer, giving her a well-rounded perspective on athlete safety in multiple disciplines.
Candi has lived in the Anchor Bay area for over ten years with her family and brings extensive medical expertise to her role. She is a Registered Nurse with a background in Emergency Medicine and Cardiology and holds certifications in both adult and pediatric trauma.
As Athlete Safety Director, Candi is dedicated to prioritizing the health and well-being of all athletes. Her focus includes preventing, identifying, and monitoring concussive injuries, as well as ensuring proper safety protocols are followed throughout the season. Her goal is to keep athletes safe, healthy, and able to continue participating in the sport they love.

Amanda Decker is entering her sixteenth year involved in youth football and her sixth year with the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization. She and her husband have three sons who share a strong passion for football, giving her a deep, personal understanding of the athlete and family experience at every level of the sport.
Amanda’s family has long been involved in the Anchor Bay football community. Her oldest son progressed through the youth football and Anchor Bay High School programs and now gives back to the Ravens as a coach. Her middle son is currently part of the Anchor Bay High School football program after completing his youth football years, and her youngest is entering his sixth season as a Raven.
Professionally, Amanda is a high school teacher in St. Clair Shores and brings valuable leadership and organizational experience to her role. She previously served as Secretary of the Anchor Bay Sports Boosters for three years and as a Ravens team mom for multiple seasons. As Game Day Director, Amanda is excited to support the program through a new league transition and looks forward to working closely with Ravens families to help ensure a smooth, successful, and enjoyable season.

Melissa Hill is entering her fourth year as Cheer Director and her sixth year with the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization. She is proud to be part of a strong, supportive community and enjoys working closely with the board to continue building a program that benefits both athletes and families.
Melissa is a dedicated parent of two Ravens athletes—one in cheer and one in football—and her family’s involvement reflects a shared commitment to the program. Her husband also dedicates his time as a coach, making the Ravens a true family effort.
In addition to her role with the Ravens, Melissa is the Freshman Cheer Coach at Anchor Bay High School, further strengthening the connection between youth cheer and the high school program. As Cheer Director, she is focused on growing the cheer program, providing opportunities that prepare athletes for their future, and building confidence, leadership, and teamwork—all while ensuring the experience remains positive and fun.

Breanna Hilley is entering her third year coaching cheer with the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization. She brings dedication, consistency, and a strong commitment to supporting athletes as they grow both on and off the mat.
Breanna’s involvement in the Ravens program is deeply rooted in family. Both of her children have participated in the program for four years, giving her a firsthand understanding of the athlete and parent experience. This perspective allows her to support the cheer program with care, patience, and a focus on creating a positive environment for every participant.
As Assistant Cheer Director, Breanna works closely with the Cheer Director and coaching staff to help develop athletes’ skills, confidence, and teamwork. She is passionate about fostering a supportive, encouraging atmosphere where cheerleaders feel challenged, prepared, and excited to be part of the Ravens community.

Bill Calihan serves as Black Team Director for the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization and joined the board to partner with a dedicated group of volunteers committed to supporting youth football and cheer athletes.
Bill’s family’s football journey in New Baltimore began in 2020 when his oldest son joined the Anchor Bay High School Tars, inspiring his younger brother to pursue youth football. His youngest son joined the Ravens in 2021, and Bill has been actively involved with the program as a supporter and assistant coach since those early seasons.
As Black Team Director, Bill plays an important role in supporting game day operations and helping guide the Ravens as the program fully integrates into a new league. He brings determination, respect for others, and an indomitable spirit to his role, helping create a competitive, safe, and positive environment where young athletes can grow, build confidence, and develop strong character.

Rod Roberts is entering his third year as a coach and defensive coordinator with the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization and his second year as Red Team Director. He brings a strong passion for football and a genuine love for teaching the game to young athletes.
Rod played defense throughout his high school football career and developed a deep appreciation for the sport and its fundamentals. After graduating, he transitioned into coaching, spending three years coaching high school football as a defensive backs coach and one year as a defensive coordinator. That experience has shaped his coaching philosophy and approach to player development.
Rod values the strong sense of community within the Ravens organization and appreciates the welcoming, family-oriented environment it provides. He and his family are proud to be part of the Ravens program, and he is committed to helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character while fostering a positive and competitive team culture.

Tim O’Rourke has been involved with the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization for the past six years. His family’s connection to the program runs deep—his older son played football with the Ravens for several seasons and now helps coach his younger brother’s team, while his younger son is entering his fourth year as a Ravens athlete.
The Ravens program has been a meaningful part of Tim’s family experience, providing a positive environment centered on development, teamwork, and community. Because of that impact, Tim is passionate about giving back and supporting the organization beyond the sidelines.
As Fundraising Director, Tim is focused on strengthening community involvement, building sustainable fundraising initiatives, and ensuring every athlete has access to the resources they need to succeed. He is committed to helping the Ravens continue to grow while keeping the program accessible, inclusive, and impactful for all families.

Jami Schneider serves as Concessions Director for the New Baltimore Ravens Youth Football & Cheer organization. She is the proud parent of two children, a son and a daughter, who are active participants in the program.
Professionally, Jami is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and also holds a degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Social Work. Her career and education reflect her genuine passion for helping both people and animals, a quality she brings into every role she takes on.
Although new to the football world, Jami quickly found a strong connection to the Ravens program during her family’s first year involved. She values the sense of community the organization provides and is excited to support the team in any way she can. As Concessions Director, Jami is committed to creating a positive game-day experience for athletes, families, and fans alike.
